Flax Quinoa Millet Sourdough
This one goes out to all the folks who are looking to pack even more goodness into their already nutrient-dense, prebiotic-loaded, naturally gluten-free ancient grain sourdough. We take our winning blend of whole grain quinoa and millet and add flax seeds for an even larger dose of fiber, omega-3s, protein, antioxidants, and phytonutrients. Don’t let the great nutrition fool you though, this bread is as delicious as it is nutritious. As with all of our breads, we stone grind the grains the day we need them, mix them with our wild ferment sourdough, and give them all the time they need to rise before baking. This preserves the nutritional value of the ingredients and results in a nutty, chewy, tangy sourdough bread. Free of the top allergens, fillers, gums and preservatives.
