Refund policy
We take great care to ensure that every loaf leaving our certified organic and certified gluten-free bakery meets our highest standards for quality and freshness. Because our products are perishable, we can only offer refunds for issues related to product condition or shipping damage.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds are available only in the following cases:
- Shipping Damage: Products crushed, crumbled, or otherwise damaged in transit.
- Spoilage: Products that arrive spoiled or compromised due to a shipping delay or temperature issue.
To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
How to Request a Refund
Please email support@grindstonebakery.com and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo showing the damaged or spoiled product (if applicable)
We’ll review your request promptly and confirm once it’s approved. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. There is no need to return the product.
Non-Refundable Situations
We want every experience to be positive, but certain circumstances fall outside our control. Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Customer dissatisfaction with taste, texture, smell, or personal preference
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
- Packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered after carrier confirmation of delivery
